i regards to future funding I believe
a/ big boys would be falling over themselves to be able to take part in a placement ( and one of the rare times that it could be done a good premium to the market price ) Also as there not many shares on issue a smallish placement would probably be a good thing to the right people.
b/ Directors/management have options well in the money which are due to be exercised later this year
