It's not Panic...they are fking useless and an embarrassment to be called an Australian company. I disconnected my service last friday after 3 months of an interrupted and failing service...told my account was on hold...then they suspended the phone..hours on the phone..3 technicians to the house that cant fix it...and I get a call asking if I want to disconnect and we have an unpaid bill. Told them I wanted to speak to management coz I'm sick of wasting my time...got put thru to next department...useless...got put thru to complaints n waited 10mins on hold n hung up. FK off Telstra...I am not and will not pay a single cent from when the service started failing.
