I agree Owen67, on going thru and exploring that Aged Care link I found,I went to the bottom of that page clicked on Aged Care reforms, 
then on the next page clicked on home care packages line that was highlighted then I saw all the different levels the govt is setting up as home care packages then I went down half way down that page where it says govt subsidy amounts and supplements - I clicked on subsidies and supplements then I saw a page that said schedule of subsidies and supplements and then it said updated quarterly, 
now im really excited
