I wonder if anyone has pondered the notion of OZL not proceeding come the deadline,. If no counterbid comes forward they may just walkaway. Watch the AVB sp set to its default position for most of the last 8 years...sub 10 cents. Come back in 6 months with a lower offer as AVB scratches around trying to finance the next project.
