    Most avb holders know the underlying value of their assets, so if OZL is successful then i think many will be happy to hold OZL including AVB assets( those that actually accept), so I'm not concerned that the selloff will be huge, agree there will be some. Can't see it going below $8 at absolute worst. Might actually increase with the increased pipeline.
