I am sure the damage is already permanent.

I am really wishing OZL fails and moves on to some other opportunity. The AVB basket of assets clearly attracts terminally warped thinking, I fear the damage they could do to OZL. We seriously don’t want any of that stuff that Sub is smoking, or the area51 stuff anywhere near AC, our disiplined CEO.

I also don’t like the idea that OZL might end up taking on debt in order to expedite development of AVB assets. On delving into the FS for C in section 9.5 they talk the possibility of taking on standalone project debt in the event they want to use their own cash elsewhere.
