A saner observer might expect OZL sp to regain the marginal hit took on the bid, if the bid unwinds. But then why do I expect rational discussion from interlopers from Area51. The market seems to be saying OZL is overpaying, however given the size of the offer relative to OZL’s mc we are talking tens of cents per OZL share, not dollars.

To suggest dollars would reflect gross innumeracy. To suggest a drop on failure is debatable but seems to lack rationale, and to be ignoring OZL’s sp behaviour since the bid.
