In some respects cobaltq is correct in his thoughts. Though not always clear to follow.
The remuneration of the current directors needs looking at if it was solely judge on share price performance.
Last year some major blunders were made though these can be corrected very quickly if current projects get the seal of approval.
May issue was POrtia though a favourable outcome at north portia will correct the portia mistakes.
Some may say too many irons in the fire with current personel. Sone personel need to get up and take more ownership.
