    But their current gross debt is listed at $267.6M and their total debt facility is at $319M.
    This is their 2017 EOFY report and they did reduce it by $25M in January as part of their renegotiation to extend the debt so it's now around $319M so isn't there another $50M that hasn't been drawn-down?
