Yes and it doesn't mean debt is automatically called, worst case scenario is that they do a CR at very low pps and/or banks just increase their interest, interestingly from memory they also have a $75M loan (which was initially $100M but reduced by $25M from the first debt extension) that hasn't been drawn-down can they use that to buy more time if it comes to this????
