Apologies I thought you meant the debt will be automatically called when any are of them are breached, but further negotiation will occur if there are any breaches. I think they will be okay for the next 6-12 month and depending on how much revenue from new international outlets and downturn from the domestic outlets, the pps will determine how attractive the CR and how much dilution will be at that time.
