Not sure here Winks, when you say this "Francis, Hoffman and Currie gone, Ron Grey stays, Ian Mann and another Director in and Peter Delaney the new Chairman! All that happening much earlier as we all thought whithout needing another AGM."
Not sure if you are saying that this has already happened? I am not sure anything like it has happened yet except for Mr Hoffmans resignation, have the other resigned also?
I would check to make sure, just in case there is some sort of subterfuge going on here?
Perhaps shareholders should still vote either on line or send in their proxy forms to put their vote in whatever it may be? don't rely on the fact that this is already done, because I am not totally sure it has yet?
