    Time for FLC to deliver on the big ticket items, because the institutional buyer won't be in a rush to get on board until San Quentin and/or US$100m Africa deal are finalised. Realistically these could both come before the AGM.

    Add to that this new US$35m Nirobox contract that is waiting for Cape Town to find funding for... that is now three separate 'material' announcements that could come between now and the AGM.

    You can't keep a good dog down for long ...
