    From what I can gather QSY (our partner for Henan, Xinjiang and Sichuan provinces) has opened up a new R&D facility, which will be used to help Fluence optimize its MABR for Chinese conditions (not specifically stated out in the article, but this is implied with the long-term cooperation agreement in place between QSY and Fluence).

    Great exposure for Fluence' MABR technology as they will no doubt be demonstrating it's capabilities to those who want the 'best in class' water treatment technology.
