I wish we could cut Henry some slag. Henry is not at liberty to announce anything until their SOE clients say it's ok.

Remember, the MABR's roll-out is dependent on a rural wastewater initiative which is in turn, under a national directive of the 13th FYP. The Chinese Congress is still in session and until it ends and the top echelons are finished with their top-down directives, the lower rungs cannot announce anything of national significance lest they are deemed to be stealing the top body's thunder.

I have always said the news from China will come out sometime closer to May. Please see my previous postings. We may not like it here in Australia but you have to understand the Chinese system works on a perception of order, and FLC has to follow the system. In the meantime, the factory has been building MABR kits to inventory.
