Hey wasa. Hope you’re well. Regrettably it’s inevitable. Just look at NEU which is already starting to go a bit low rent. It always happens. Anyway, hope this one does as well as it has of late. I think I saw a post by Supertramp (whom I also have s lot of time for) who rates this more highly and I can see the logic. I guess we’ll see - although I wouldn’t complain if both got amazing partnering offers. I bought a bunch more today. Just in time by the looks of it. The space is certainly heating up late.
