Most small explorers that I'm holding have eased back this week. The company needed money so raised a modest amount quickly.

Imagine what would happen if they had decided on a rights issue. We would've seen some holders sell down part of their holding to pay for new cheaper shares. Have seen it hundreds of times over the years. And it drags on for around 4 weeks.

This was a good clean raising at a reasonable price. Unfortunately there are times when a company can't please all holders, even if their actions are for the best.
