If you search for the article title in Google you should be able to click through the paywall and read the full article. Google used to require that news providers allowed a certain number of free articles when accessed via Google. They have since relaxed this, and it doesn't work for most News Corp papers any more, but it does still work for Fairfax papers like AFR.
The article is mainly about the decline of the offshore Victorian fields and the looming supply crunch. But if AGL builds its import terminal that will effectively solve the supply issue, at which point the challenge for STX is to deliver gas to Victoria more cheaply than LNG can be unloaded and re-gasified.
