As mcexplorer says, ODC wouldn't issue the medicinal cannabis (2nd) licence if current board had inappropriate staff. The 3rd licence will have further / stricter requirements.

I'd assume, not known for a fact, but that a growing facility would be a requirement for manufacturing licence. THC just completed it days before licence's were given / updated.

ODC being a government responsible dept (aren't they all) would not give a cannabis licence of any sort to a company that's having a board fight in the sand pit.

I'd bet heavily on once both EGM & AGM are completed & things settle down & with ODC handing THC permits for importing MC products (proving THC standing in ODC eyes) they'll see fit to issue manufacturing licence.

Only issued 8 3rd licences since start of gov issuing laws introduced late 2016 & as been stated applications would be substantial.

April will be the month of full kit of licences for THC..... IMO.
