With a bluetooth adapter on my laptop, IQbuds are great for taking/making Skype calls, running GoTo Meetings, and listening to music/podcasts while working and not on the phone.

My one tip is to always tap the earbuds to switch to "world off" when taking a call. In standard "office" mode, you will likely have the person on the other end of the phone call tell you they can clearly hear another person's conversation on top of yours. Makes sense as you want to switch the external mics off when making a call.
