I use mine in an open plan office but obviously have to take them out if my desk phone rings. But as the OP mentioned, a lot of companies have already moved to softphones, so as long as the desktop phone software is bluetooth compatible then in theory IQBuds could be used with that type of system. It certainly is a huge opportunity if NUH could get into the corporate market.
