Market makers could be selling to themselves (causing high volume in itself) into lower prices as to manipulate the SP downwards, this can cause panic in people who either haven't yet done proper research on NUH, or trade purely off emotion. (There are a surprising amount of these types of investors unfortunately.
The dropping share price will also hit many stop-losses on the way down, which result in sells that the seller may not have actually wanted to make. Remember, we were at the 12c mark not long ago, plenty of people would have set their stop-losses 10-25% under the SP at the time of buying.
If people are selling due to a lack of news... well, I guess they're in the wrong section of the ASX. spec stocks are notorious for long periods without announcements. This does not mean that the business itself isn't flying high.
It could even have absolutely nothing to do with the stock, and the investor selling just believes that they could make more money with their money in a different stock for the time being.
