No issue with cap raise within reason - they are required. However, they are dilutive - as they should be.
I do wonder if NUH even has a proven product though - the last two 4Cs did not indicate increased traction of their original products so the 4C in the next few weeks will be telling.
The second problem is - is there even a place in the market for NUHs products? I question their first products validity because they aren't increasing receipts and their traction appears to be stalling. So the question then becomes will NUHs hearing aid based products be valid within their market? Essentially, in my mind NUH is using capital to find its place again in a new market rather than expanding itself in the market its currently in. I know NUH is selling their new products as 'expanding in the market' but I wonder if this is true when it almost appears that NUHs original products aren't gaining traction?
