    NTU is not longer saying it will build the plant, but it is build and will start production July 2018.
    I have followed NTU for a number of years and my guts feeling NTU has reached a turning point and worth considering buying 8.5 cents is cheap when looking at the potential demand for electric vs fossil fuel.
