I would go even further Cujo, NT is well known for its slow progress on just about everything (I won't get started on their mining code... its almost impossible to build a mine..). Either way, its a great sign that some polies are able to see past their shoes. I won't raise my hopes too much though regarding the W.A mob, so far they have shown they are no interest in actually supporting the development of tight/uncon gas.
