Not sure if you're aware that Artemis is progressing the Conglomerate Gold. Ed Mead has stated it many times. Having to wait longer on government departments who have had to increase staff just to cope with all of the new applications, not just Artemis and in this time they are not dilly dallying around and progressing other projects in due course. Yours and ReadyAimFires continued miss fired shots at ARV really are missing the target.
If reports that the plant won't be up and running in the time frame suggested, whilst not ideal it's not the end of the world.
