We've in effect had a transition in the direction of the company. Prior to Avi joining the company, Quantum's strategy and focus was elsewhere. This is the announcement for Avi taking on the CEO role ( December 2015):

It's reasonable to expect that with a significant change in the direction of the company, we would see a big turnover in the T20. It's certainly focused on North America now.
The old Quantum Resources was effectively a shell used as a lower-cost vehicle for getting Thompson Bros onto the ASX than via a separate IPO.
