+14 is a bit of a stretch, the first announcement regarding the CR was cancelled. The 2nd announcement was 7days ago for the shares to be issued (anticipated) today.
We only need to look back at our last CR to bells which took 5 days from the placement to the issuing of the shares > https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/19277447/
So yes delay in issuing can happen... maybe it is just a bell potter thing?
After re reading that thread, so we got 15mill for working capital as well as a big enough injection to get GA1 started and hopefully complete the building ahead of time before the anticipated completion time of 2019 Q1/Q2. Have we even got a road to the front gate yet?
