EDE is supposed to issue two notices today.
1. news of CR.
so that at least would be
(a) commentary from EDE that shares of CR have been issued and amount of funds $ actually received, net of costs.
plus
(b) Appendix 3B statements detailing the number of shares issued.
I would think the above must be issued today, because EDE stated that it would do so.
Appendix 3B are usually pretty much immediate when shares are issued. ie no delays.
2. Half yearly Report.
last year EDE issued H/Y report after 6pm on 28 Feb - ie last possible minute.
ASX seems to allow reports to be issued a day late, without any problem.
I still think H/Y report will be predicated on what happens wrt CR.
The CR must be addressed in H/Y report, becuase it concerns solvency issues etc.
So I guess we will have to wait for news on both those issues until after close today?
Clearly confirmation of CR success is the vital matter.
