I note ARN's sp is now back down to 53c.
It's hard to imaging LTS making a take over attempt of ARN when it already has a lot of debt and is stating that it aims to bring that debt down.
Arcan Resources is 300 million$ in debt.
There is also another large holder of ARN, Crescent Point Energy which owns 20% so any take over attempt would possibly have to be hostile.
