    Has been well and truly canvassed in the past. The 60% has been transferred and is owed by Cokal outright . They are also well connected especially through Garry Kyllenstein the country manager who is well connected . If you look at Cokal's past presentations you will see a strong community support from Cokal -- setting up schools etc --- they have a good rep with the Govt. I think this is one of the things Cokal has done very well especially under the late Peter Lynch --- he gave many a presentation at the AGM's where he emphasised that he and Garry made sure all the regulations were followed so they would have no title problems

    Also its worth remembering that although there are some contingent liabilities back to the vendor on the other hand the vendor owes its share of the exploration and development expenditure on BBM which Cokal has funded 100%. The original vendors still own around 40% i think ---- so i don't know the numbers but it goes both ways as Cokal has spent a lot of on the exploration and development of BBM so far.
