Tried Telecommunications Ombudsman and kind of slips through the net because no service was involved because I stopped it beforehand.
Lodged complaint with consumer protection who surprising answered the phone quickly, took details and lodged complaint on their database
Got the impression the Vocus Manilla Call Centre was already on the naugthy list.
Vocus does also have local support centre so maybe things are getting learnt when they get the feedback.
