Traced company, phone number and website back to Vocus.
Called head office but reception "not provided with information that could help with this call". Now that sounded scripted.

The problems you get when you package up these little companies into a corporate quickly, sometimes the due diligence is lacking along the the integrity. I don't think all their corporate policies and procedures have yet been put in place.

Try looking at broadband.com.au as a comparison site that only compares to themself.
Until they show some integrity I don't see much change

Maybe they meant the changeover to NBN was free, but needed billing details for monthly charge ?

The little ISPs (like eftel, amnet, clubtelco etc) are being closed. There was even mention of winding up commander, which has a bad reputation of customer service. Moving everything to main brands.
