I have no issue with NOR forecasting revenue.
It is within their continuous disclousure obligations to inform the market of material changes to such forecasts.
Hard to believe they forecasted $281,000 using what was known at the time. Where did that come from? What was known? I imagine it was based on deals that failed to materialise. In that case, they are obligated, far as I understand it, to update the market.
I have quoted the ASX directly in earlier posts, and these quotes outline a companies responsibility to it's shareholders in regards to forecasged revenue.
Riddle me this: If I was so wrong, if NOR had done nothing dodgey, don't you think Shane might have come on to HC to clear things up? Wouldn't they have responded to my emails if there was an easy explanation?
I know the response: "They're too busy signing deals to care about you"
