NOR Holders Thread - Revenue & Rewards Time!, page-45

I was not making a threat about reporting it to ASIC or the ASX. I actually have reported it. Finished the report about 8 minutes ago.

Will take them 15 business days to respond. So three weeks. Within that time, NOR will have finished the SPP, released the March quarterly, and maybe even announced some deals.

However, if NOR has breached ASX Listing Rules 3.1, then I wouldn't want to be holding any of their shares.

I will continue to read the NOR threads daily, but until I either receive a response from NOR or the ASX, I may refrain from posting. Unless of course NOR makes some sort of announcement, or a poster makes some outlandish claims.

In all my research tonight, I did read some very hopeful statements too. Reminded me of why I bought shares in the first place. NOR does talk of a 40,000-employee financial institution which had completed everything but the financing stage of the sales agreement (had completed PoC and was still keen). There was statements relating to other global and Aussie companies and multiple incoming deals. It was all a little bit exciting. So, I see where the hope stems from.

Its just, after writing up the report to the ASX, it has become fairly clear that in the past, what NOR says and what actually translates into revenue seem to be very different things. But I do see why some people are hopeful. I see why I bought in. But I also see why I sold.
