Threatening to report to ASIC?  Really?
I mean great research, no question. Hat off.  But seriously, maybe blue chips are more your game if you are going to read company announcements as "black and white".
"Spec" stocks are a market unto themselves.  If you can't read between the lines, "decode" company messages, "envision" where things are going, than you're in the wrong sector.
Can this Company go belly up any day? Hell Yes!  But can it also deliver BAGS.......HELL YES!  This is spec investing in a nut shell.
If you prefer Company announcements as gospel than may i suggest BHP, TLS, RIO, S32, etc.....
@15mil MC, no-one at ASIC will touch this.  Ears only perk up at ASIC when a "genuine" dent is being made in the market as a whole, through over ambitious announcements / forecasts...... ie GSW, BIG...
Your earlier post recommending ALL holders read your evidence is noble.  All stated is on record.  No arguments.
But seriously Creature, @ 0.013, only .005 above SPP, (fully underwritten), surely even you can concede, there is a quick 30 -40% on offer here?? Just my Opinion, and please DYOR...
