This is just one part of the e-mail TM sent me on the 12th (nearly 1 weeks past)


I understand your concerns and Volt is working hard to complete the processes underway and make the appropriate announcements. To help understand where we are at the following summarises most of the larger milestones we are working on.

The Stage 1 FS was completed in late June and we have a draft announcement prepared for release. The ASX takes a very strong and detailed interest in study disclosure by resource companies, particularly juniors. There have been recent examples of companies being suspended from trading for periods of time by the ASX as the companies deal with additional requests.

Since early last week we have been exchanging drafts and meeting ASX’s requests for further additional disclosure in a number of areas. Unfortunately there is limited guidance on the level and type of information required. We are nearly at the end of this process and expect to release the FS information soon.
