So, the DOCA is granted, well done SGH, I'm sure you are proud of your collective selves.

Strange how you fought tooth and nail for something that your illustrious team of corporate raiders valued at nothing...why didn't you just offer a few more cents and avoid all the legals, the delays and the acrimony..? Perhaps because you hate to lose (or lose face), hate to be seen as slightly compassionate toward long suffering shareholders, love to perpetuate a style of management not seen since the '80's....or is it just greed in it's purest form?

I don't wish ill upon any individual, I do however hope that Nexus proves to be SGH's Achilles heel...not as a grind for the shareholders of Seven, but as a reminder to you that NXS shareholders will not forget.

Is this saga now over..? I doubt it...
