Imo ASIC are just as culpable as the financial institutions they are investigating. According to their findings this has been going on for many years indicating they have either been asleep on the job or turning a blind eye to the goings on of their high profile mates. Yes graft and corruption is alive and well in Aus. Lets see a few ASIC high rollers join the AMP boss with the sack not the polite method of being able to step down then closely followed by prosecution then gaol. If this is carried out properly AMP will then imo be a strong buy.

this type of behaviour has been going on ever since the notion of 'money' was created.
the entire financial sector is corrupt, each and every corner of it.
when the system of capitalism came along, it just legitimised the process of being ripped off.
