I don't believe the market was displeased with the way it was done, unless of course it was the short term stock holders who clearly can't see the wood from the trees. The only issue I can see was the free attaching options that automatically put them in the money. Maybe that could have been done better.

Management's plan is to showcase Immuron and strike a couple of partnerships without diluting the crap out of Immuron any further.

That has ballooned over the years with placement after placement with little in return.
What we have now is a company that has grown its asset base and built upon the Travelan Trademark along with long standing partnerships conducting the various trials and studies. It is only now that Immurons potential is starting to be realised. It was in 2009 when Hadassah first discovered a treatment in Fatty Liver Disease using Immurons Colostrum enriched with insulin antibodies, that showed Immuron was clearly onto something special.

If Immurons management felt that they needed more placement funds to see them through they would have gone for it. They obviously don't see the need.
If that is the case, expect partnerships to be formed and deals to be struck not too far down the track.
