(1) great Phase 2 NASH results, (2) safety profile unparalleled, (3) we raised sufficient cash in a private placement w/ a large U.S. fund, most likely a specialty bio-focused fund that will lock shares down for many years, (4) company already announcing how it plans to approach the Phase 3 and characteristics it is looking for in partner/partners, (5) eventual announcement of partner will most certainly come with large amount of upfront $$$ and outline milestone payments, (6) Travelan data is stellar and sales are increasing, (7) road shows in U.S. will further drive interest and investment, (7) significant safety concerns with many of the big players' current NASH drugs in development, such as Intercept Pharmaceuticals, (8) current $40M-something market cap undervalues the company by about 10-fold at this stage, (9) two additional liver disease trials with some data late this year in pediatric NASH, fully funded by National Institute of Health, (10) very good preliminary data in C.Diff. program, etc. I could keep going....
Haven't been this excited about a pharma's prospects in years, to tell you the truth.
