TopTung Limited (ASX:TTW) is the new name for Krucible Metals (ASX:KRB), and ASIC has now has registered the change of name and issued a Certificate of Registration of Change of Name.
TopTung has acquired the Torrington Tungsten Project in northern New South Wales.
It has 2540 tonnes of recorded tungsten concentrate production.
The tenement package comprises two granted Exploration Permits and a total of 18 sub blocks covering around 54 square kilometres.
The project has a previously defined resource of 5.75 million tonnes (pre-JORC 2012), and current combined JORC 2012 resources of 2247 tonnes of tungsten.
