What a mess! The board out of their depth for some time now!
I still maintain the "strategic realignment" in closing down GoGetta is little more than not wanting to fully disclose the extent of bad debt in the GoGetta book incurred in the last 4 years! It will be interesting to see how significantly the margin between asset value and loans have narrowed in the GoGetta book at 30 August!
