Hypothetical - get Cunning Foxes (through a collusive arrangement) to make a takeover offer (that imo looked very hard to implement based on what I saw of their finances) which allows AOW to complete cap raise fully at 14c.
Then fold the takeover after millions of AOW performance shares granted.
Keep some young fellows/mates in jobs running AOW. Good money for directors, plaything for directors, paternal personally fulfilling mentoring of young blokes running the coy.
