surveillance....sorry, they decided to add 128 security cameras without us
They decided against following the Lockport lead because, apparently, you need to deploy
a server in every school building, which to them was, just too expensive..damn it
The Smart Schools Bond Act, passed in 2014...2 Billion in funding of which 1.3 Billion has
been allocated, but not all dished out because of big back logs caused by the amount of
schools lodging applications, the New York Education Department can't keep up.
So, here is a classic example of why Lockport seemed to drag on forever with no news
from Management...delays and more delays...red tape.
