You telling me that out of 1.8 million customers there aren't any fraudulent customers on the system i.e multiple accounts to the one person?
You telling me that none of the 0.7% of sales or just under $7 million that has been written off as bad debt in H12018 has not been stolen by fake accounts and criminal activity?
