    Makeup and clothes are also heavily stolen and resold....

    Not sure how a criminal is going to use APT successfully given you need to pay 25% of the first purchase upfront (limiting losses) and then if you fail to make payments you are blacklisted and cannot use APT for other purchases until you make good and develop a good history....
