rodroc ...are you sure you have got this right?

I've read all of the TRY quarterlies during their time in the region and while they had fantastic grades at Sertao (as I have posted previously), the grades at Antenna-Xupe were no where near as high (6-8 g/t?) and had other issues because of the high sulphur content (that was resolved with minor plant modifications).

Because of the low grade ore ...they modified the Sertao plant to increase the throughput dramatically.

They also didn't start to mine Antenna-Xupe until much closer to the end of their time in the area 2006? and in fact it was the last mining carried out finishing in 2007 (from memory).

Lower grades, more difficult ore ...and they had to cart it 25 klm to Sertao -lets keep it real.

It's not all bad news though ...as the geo's Klaus and Maurice have reported, those previous small pit mines were on the syncline folds, and this new exploration is targeting the connecting anticlines as they dip under cover (the exposed anticlines were eroded) ...which are better traps for gold mineralisation.

Consequently I would expect our result to be better.

Still talking fantastic grades for open pit ...especially with minimal cover.

These historical drill results still look around 9 g/t (at a glance) with reasonable widths, so if we improve on those widths and grades ...it will be a great result.
