A small spec perth based tech company ( hello you still there ) require a dynamic new CEO to take us to expondential growth and also maybe save the planet (no pressure).
Skills required would be to navigate the right path between a ruthless minning giant that has inserted itself into every future plant ever built and the leftover from startup venture capitalist keen to make a few bags.
Immunity to poison would also be good as the russians will probably try to kill you and should you survive you will also be dry humped by big oil trying to ensure their survival.
Other skills would be conflict resolution as most shareholders are now down 50% and will be writing mean things in the internet as well as the ability to manage large brained technical staff that probably sit somewhere on the autism spectrum.
Some goverment experience may also come in handy as they will prob try and burry your tech once there clean coal policy emerges as a total clusterf $%ck. Should you survive that you will still find an asset in your skill base if fending off takeover vids from multinationals that will try and bribe early shareholders.
Remuneration is about 1/4 of what any decent hygrocarbon company can pay wirh 9 months funding and should you fail you probably won't work in the industry again.
Some experience with explosive protection in research plants would also be handy as...well you hydrogen gas....boom.
