AGM 8 nov 2007 - ASF - ex csy - they want issued shares approved ... issue of more shares ... consolidation 10:1 except the new shares ... - and cap raising ..... ... ..... this successfully destroys my holding of 30,000 @ 2.5cents...... ...... worth 1.7c when suspended .... ..... ..... i was told there is a royalty of $3 for every engine sold ..... .... they are no longer into engines directly .... .....
